These E-Commerce Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a binding and inseparable part of the contract of sale and purchase concluded between the electronic shop https://www.riedis-electric.com (hereinafter referred to as "Riedis-electric.com", the "e-shop", "our", "us", "we", "Seller") and Riedis-electric.com customer (hereinafter - you, your, you, you, Buyer), which introduces you to the terms and conditions of purchase - sale of goods in the e-shop and establishes the rights and obligations of Riedis-electric.com and you in connection with the purchase - sale of goods in the e-shop.

1.Terms

1.1.Riedis-electric.com - a website located at www.Riedis-electric.com, where the Sellers' goods are sold and which is administered by the private legal entity UAB Lutex, registered in the Vilnius Branch of the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania, registered in the Vilnius Branch of the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 302580708, VAT payer code LT100005843711, registered office address at 269 Kalvarijų street., LT-08315 Vilnius, Lithuania. Riedis-electric.com is also understood in these Terms and Conditions as the Seller in relation to the goods sold by it.

1.2.The Buyer - 1) a natural person with legal capacity, i.e. a person who has reached the age of majority and whose legal capacity has not been restricted by a court order; 2) a minor aged between fourteen and eighteen who has the consent of his/her parents or guardians, unless he/she has been emancipated; 3) a legal entity.

1.3. Seller - the natural or legal person indicated in the order for the Goods, whose goods are sold on the website www.Riedis-electric.com in accordance with these Rules and who is responsible for the execution of the order placed by the Buyer. The details of the Seller with whom the contract for the sale of the relevant Goods is concluded in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall be specified in the Goods Order. 

1.4 Contract means the contract of sale of the relevant Goods between the Buyer and the Seller, which shall be deemed to have been concluded from the time of placing an Order. The terms of each Contract entered into between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to be identical to the terms of the Regulations in force at the time of the placing of the Order and such Contracts shall always be enforceable by the parties in accordance with the Regulations in force at the time of the placing of the Order.

1.5 Account - the result of the Buyer's registration with Riedis-electric.com as a result of using www.Riedis-electric.com on the basis of the Terms and Conditions, which results in the creation of a personal account of the Buyer that stores his/her personal data and order history (account).

1.6 Order - an order for Goods which specifies the Goods the Buyer wishes to purchase from the Seller, as specified in the same order.  

1.7 Parties - the Buyer and the Seller together.

1.8 Rules - these "Rules for the Purchase and Sale of Goods on Riedis-electric.com", which shall apply to every purchase made by the Buyer on Riedis-electric.com and to every Sale and Purchase Contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.

1.9. Personal data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name and surname, an identification number, location data and an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

1.10. Privacy Policy – ​​a document approved by Riedis-electric.com, which sets out the basic rules for the collection, storage, processing and storage of Personal Data when using the Riedis-electric.com website. The processing of Personal Data by the Seller is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the Seller. Before purchasing the goods and concluding this agreement with the Seller, the Buyer should carefully familiarize himself with the personal data processing policy applied by the Seller.

2. General regulations

2.1. The Buyer confirms the Rules by familiarizing himself with them and checking the box next to the statement “I have familiarized myself with the rules for the purchase and sale of goods on Riedis-electric.com and I agree with them”. The Rules approved in this way are a legal document binding on the Parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the purchase and payment for the goods, the procedure for the delivery and return of the goods, the liability of the Parties and other conditions related to the purchase and sale of goods on Riedis-electric.com.

2.2. The prices of the goods specified in the e-shop's product catalog are valid only when purchasing these goods in the e-shop. The prices of the goods in the e-shop are indicated including VAT. Delivery prices are not included and are indicated separately when forming the order. The delivery price is clearly indicated to you before the order confirmation and is distinguished in the order confirmation itself.

2.3. In the event of changes in market conditions or in the circumstances provided for in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, Riedis-electric.com has the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules. Buyers will be informed about this on www.Riedis-electric.com or when creating a shopping cart, but in all cases, after updating the Rules, the Buyer may place an order only if he/she has read and approved the new version of the Rules.

2.4. The purchase and sale agreement between you and Riedis-electric.com is considered concluded from the moment when you, having created a shopping cart, specified a delivery address, selected a payment method and familiarized yourself with these Rules (after reading, click the button “I agree to the Rules”), click the button “Next step”. The agreement concluded electronically between Riedis-electric.com and you is stored in the e-shop and may be accessible to you in electronic form.

2.5. The Buyer must familiarize himself/herself with the Privacy Policy approved and publicly published by Riedis-electric.com.

2.6. If the Seller has the right or obligation to provide information or documents to the Buyer by e-mail, in all cases the Buyer is responsible for providing the Seller with a valid e-mail address belonging to the Buyer.

3. The stage of creation of legal relations of purchase and sale

3.1. The Buyer can order goods on Riedis-electric.com by choosing one of the following methods:

       3.1.1. by registering online, creating an account on Riedis-electric.com;

       3.1.2. without registering online on Riedis-electric.com;

       3.1.3. by phone;

       3.1.4. in stores.

3.2. When ordering goods, the Buyer must indicate in the relevant information fields provided in the Riedis-electric.com system his/her Personal data necessary for the proper execution of the order for goods, which are processed by Riedis-electric.com in accordance with the procedure provided for in the Privacy Policy.

3.3. All essential information about the goods and their properties is provided in the Seller's product description on Riedis-electric.com. When purchasing goods in physical Riedis-electric.com stores, the product instructions, if necessary taking into account the nature of the goods, will be provided together with the goods.

3.4. Orders for goods placed by phone or in Stores are carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the Rules and are subject to the provisions of the Privacy Policy. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the Rules and their application.

3.5. Each Buyer's order is stored in the database of Riedis-electric.com and the Seller in accordance with the procedure established by their privacy policies.

3.6. When the Buyer, having selected the purchased product or service and formed a shopping cart, completes all the steps of the order, the last of which is the selection and confirmation of the payment method, it is considered that a legal relationship of purchase and sale has arisen between the Seller and the Buyer and a purchase and sale agreement has been concluded. The Buyer is informed about the confirmation of the order by sending a notification to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer.

4. Seller's rights

4.1. Riedis-electric.com has the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice if the Buyer, having chosen the payment methods provided for in paragraphs 3.1.1. or 3.1.2. of the Rules, does not pay for the goods within 3 (three) days.

4.2. The Buyer's order may be canceled without prior notice if:

       1) if the Seller fails to contact the Buyer within 2 (two) business days after placing the order or

       2) if the Buyer does not provide the Seller with the requested information within the time period specified by the Seller or

       3) if the Buyer does not provide the Seller with consent to verify his personal data.

4.3. If during registration or later you provide false, inaccurate, misleading or incomplete data, or you fail to comply with other obligations set forth in these Terms, Riedis-electric.com has the right to immediately cancel your registration and delete your data or restrict your right to use the services provided by the e-shop. You are solely responsible for the consequences caused by the incorrect data you provide.

4.4. Riedis-electric.com has the right, without prior warning, to suspend or terminate your registration and use of the e-shop services if there is reason to believe that you are engaging in unauthorized activities or otherwise trying to harm the work or stable operation of the e-shop.

5. Buyer's rights

5.1. The Buyer has other rights established in these Rules, the Privacy Policy, the Rules of Use of Riedis-electric.com and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

5.2. The Buyer has the right to cancel the order in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

5.3. The Buyer has the right to cancel the Agreement in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

5.4. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods and order services from Riedis-electric.com in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

5.5. The Buyer has the right to exchange or return the purchased goods in accordance with the procedure established by the Rules.

6. Seller's commitments

6.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the information stipulated in Article 6.228-7 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania on the Riedis-electric.com website in a clear and understandable manner.

6.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's privacy and to process the Buyer's Personal Data only in accordance with the Rules, Privacy Policy, Rules for using Riedis-electric.com and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.

6.3. The Seller undertakes to execute the Buyer's orders in accordance with the procedure established in these Rules and to communicate with the Buyer using the contact details specified by the Buyer (when the order was submitted in one of the ways provided for in paragraphs 3.1.2-3.1.4).

6.4. Under the conditions provided for in the Rules, the Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer and accept the goods returned by the Buyer.

6.5. Riedis-electric.com undertakes to inform the Buyer about the suspension or termination of the Riedis-electric.com system functions relevant to the execution of the order before placing the order. The provision of information in the Buyer's Account or on the Riedis-electric.com online store website is considered appropriate notification. When the Buyer's order has already been accepted for execution, the Buyer is informed about the suspension or termination of the Riedis-electric.com functions relevant to the execution of this order by one of the contact details specified by the Buyer (by phone, SMS or e-mail).

6.6. The Seller, not agreeing with the Buyer's requirements, must provide the Buyer with a detailed, reasoned written response no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Buyer's application, unless otherwise provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.

6.7. In exceptional cases, due to objectively justified circumstances that the Seller could not foresee and control in advance, the delivery of goods may be delayed or become impossible. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer regarding the possibilities of further execution of his order. The Seller may offer the Buyer a similar or analogous product sold by another Seller by informing about this by one of the contact details specified by the Buyer (by phone, SMS or e-mail). If the Buyer does not agree that the product of a specific Seller would be replaced by a similar or analogous product sold by another Seller, the Seller, who cannot deliver the product selected by the Buyer, undertakes to immediately return the money paid to the Buyer no later than within 5 days, if an advance payment was made, and in all cases to cancel the order.

6.8. The Seller undertakes to fulfill other obligations imposed on the Seller in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

7. Buyer's commitments

7.1. The Buyer is responsible for all his/her actions performed using the e-shop.

7.2. The same person is prohibited from registering and using the services provided by the e-shop under multiple names.

7.3. The Buyer undertakes not to transfer his/her Riedis-electric.com account registration and login data to third parties. If the login data is lost, the Buyer must immediately inform Riedis-electric.com by e-mail labas@riedis.LT about the lost data. Riedis-electric.com is not responsible for the actions of third parties using your login data until the moment of notification. In such a case, Riedis-electric.com has the right to consider that the actions in the e-shop were performed by you.

7.4.. The Buyer, when using the Riedis-electric.com electronic trading system, must fulfill his/her obligations, comply with these Rules, Privacy Policy, Riedis-electric.com Terms of Use, other conditions clearly specified by Riedis-electric.com and not violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

7.5. The Buyer must pay for the ordered goods or services and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules. Having chosen to collect the goods in the Store, the Buyer must collect them in the selected Store within the terms specified in the Rules.

7.6. The Buyer undertakes and is responsible for illegal actions performed while using Riedis-electric.com.

7.7. The Buyer is responsible in cases where losses arise due to the fact that the Buyer, disregarding the Seller's recommendations and his obligations, did not familiarize himself with these Rules, Privacy Policy, www.Riedis-electric.com Terms of Use, although he was given such an opportunity.

7.8. If the Buyer visits links to other third party websites provided by Riedis-electric.com, he becomes responsible and Riedis-electric.com does not guarantee that the information that can be viewed by clicking on these links (except in cases where the Seller clearly indicates that by clicking on a specific link the Buyer can get acquainted with the properties of the product offered and other information about the product offered) is correct, complete or accurate. Third parties are responsible for the content of the information provided by third parties, its correctness, completeness and accuracy. Riedis-electric.com is not obliged to verify the transmitted or stored external information or to detect illegal actions.

8. Delivery of goods

8.1. When ordering goods, the Buyer may choose one of the methods of delivery of goods specified in the specific offer for the goods being sold.

8.2. If the Buyer selects the home delivery service when ordering:

      8.2.1. The Buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.

      8.2.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. If the Buyer does not accept the goods himself although the goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Seller has the right to transfer the goods to another person at the address specified by the Buyer, and the Buyer does not have the right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to an inappropriate person.

      8.2.3. The goods are delivered by his authorized representative.

      8.2.4. The home delivery service fee does not include the delivery of the ordered goods/delivery to the premises, such services are not provided by the Seller's representative.

8.3. The Buyer can collect the goods free of charge at the Riedis-electric.com store, at Kalvarijų street 269 Vilnius. If the Buyer chooses this method when placing the order:

      8.3.1. Ordered and unpaid goods must be collected no later than within 3 (three) business days after the Seller informed the Buyer by e-mail that the goods can be collected.

      8.3.2. Ordered and paid goods must be collected no later than within 5 (five) business days after the Seller informed the Buyer by e-mail that the goods can be collected.

     8.3.3. The goods can only be collected by the person who placed the order or the person specified at the time of placing the order. When collecting the goods, it is necessary to have a document confirming the order with you.

8.4. If the Buyer selects delivery of the Goods to the Omniva, DPD, LP EXPRESS parcel self-service terminal when placing the order:

      8.4.1. The parcel must be collected from the parcel machine within 5 (five) calendar days after the Seller's representative informed the Buyer by e-mail or SMS message that the goods can be collected.

8.5. In exceptional cases, the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control, which the Seller could not control and reasonably foresee at the time of concluding the purchase and sale agreement. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and agree on the terms of delivery of the goods and other conditions.

8.6. The Seller is exempted from liability for violation of the terms of delivery of the goods if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of third parties unrelated and/or independent of the Seller or due to circumstances dependent on the Buyer.

8.7. When delivering the goods to the Buyer, the Buyer must, together with the courier, and in the case of physical collection of the goods in the Store - with Riedis-electric.com, or its authorized representative, check the condition of the shipment and the goods(s) and sign the delivery-acceptance document of the shipment.

      8.7.1 After the Buyer signs the delivery-acceptance document of the shipment, it is considered that the goods have been transferred in proper condition, without any damage, the cause of which is not attributable to a manufacturing defect, and there are no discrepancies in the configuration of the goods(s) (such as can be determined during the external inspection of the goods).

      8.7.2. Having noticed that the packaging of the delivered goods is damaged (crumpled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the goods(s) are damaged and/or the goods(s) are in an inappropriate configuration, the Buyer must note this on the goods transfer-acceptance document and, in the presence of the courier, and in the case of physical collection of the goods at the Store – to the Riedis-electric.com representative.

      8.7.3. If the Buyer fails to perform these actions, the Seller is released from liability for damage to the goods, when the basis for such damage is not a manufacturing defect, and for discrepancies in the configuration of the goods only if these discrepancies can be identified during the external inspection of the goods.

8.8. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are transferred to the Buyer.

9. Product quality guarantee and term

9.1. The properties of each product sold by Riedis-electric.com are indicated in the product description for each product.

9.2. Riedis-electric.com is not responsible for the fact that the size, shape, shade, or other parameters of the products sold may not correspond to the actual size, shape, shade, or other parameters of the products due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer or other technical reasons beyond the Seller's control.

9.3. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only and are exemplary.

9.4. The shades, inscriptions, parameters, dimensions, sizes, functions, and/or any other properties of the original products may look different from reality due to their visual characteristics, therefore, please refer to the product properties specified in the product descriptions. The Buyer is recommended to read the product description.

9.5. The products offered for purchase by the Seller are of appropriate quality. The product complies with the consumer purchase and sale contract if:

      9.5.1. the product complies with the description provided by the Seller and has the same properties as the product provided by the Seller as a sample or model;

      9.5.2. the product is suitable for the purpose for which such type of products are usually used;

      9.5.3. the product complies with the quality indicators that are usually characteristic of products of the same type and that the Buyer can reasonably expect based on the nature of the product.

9.6. The Seller provides a quality guarantee valid for a certain period of time for different types of products, the specific term and other conditions of which are indicated in the descriptions of such products or together with the product invoice, which corresponds to the warranty card.

9.7. The quality guarantee provided by the Seller does not limit or restrict the rights of consumers that are established by legal acts upon the purchase of a product or service of inadequate quality.

10. Prices of goods, payment procedure and terms

10.1. Prices of goods specified in the e-store product catalogue are valid only when purchasing these goods in the e-store. Prices of goods in the e-store are indicated including VAT.

      10.1.1. Delivery prices are not included and are indicated separately when forming an order. The delivery price is clearly indicated to you before confirming the order and is indicated in the order confirmation itself.

10.2. The Buyer can pay for the ordered goods in one of the following ways (the specific possible payment method is indicated in the shopping cart):

      10.2.1. Apple Pay

      10.2.2. Electronic banking / bank transfer

      10.2.3. By bank card

      10.2.4. By bank card when collecting goods from a parcel machine

      10.2.5. Cash or bank card upon delivery of goods to the courier

      10.2.6. By bank card or cash upon collection of goods in our PHYSICAL store, at Kalvarijų g. 269 Vilnius.

      10.2.7. "Google Pay"

      10.2.8. "Paypal"

10.3. The Buyer, by approving the Rules, agrees that the purchase documents for the goods - VAT invoices, which are also warranty documents applicable to the goods, may be submitted to him physically together with the goods or electronically to the email address specified in the Buyer's registration form immediately after the order is completed. VAT invoices indicate the Seller's details, the selected goods, their quantity, discounts granted, the final price of the goods, including all taxes, and other data required to be provided as approved by the legal acts regulating accounting.

10.4. The price of the goods after the Seller has confirmed the order may change only in exceptional cases due to objective fundamental reasons beyond the Seller's control (if there is evidence substantiating these reasons). If the reasons for the price change are justified and in such a case the Buyer does not agree to purchase the goods at the new price, the Buyer may cancel the order by informing the Seller about this by e-mail labas@riedis.LT or by phone +3706 33 77 888 within 2 (two) business days. If the order is canceled in accordance with the procedure provided for in this clause, the Seller undertakes to refund to the Buyer all amounts paid by him under such canceled order. The validity of the reasons for the price change is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

10.5. Riedis-electric.com has the right to apply an additional administration fee in cases where the order amount is less than the established amount.

11. Return of goods

11.1 The Buyer has the right to return the goods by sending them to the address specified on the Riedis-electric.com e-commerce website or by bringing them to the physical store at Kalvarijų street 269 Vilnius.

11.2. Rules for exchanging and returning goods of suitable quality when purchasing goods in physical stores

11.3 The Buyer has the right to replace the purchased goods with similar goods of different dimensions, shape, color, model or completeness within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of transfer of the goods to him. If a price difference occurs when exchanging the goods, the Buyer must settle with the Seller according to the recalculated prices. The Buyer's notification of the desire to exercise the right provided for in this clause of the Rules with the specified returned goods is sent by e-mail to labas@riedis.LT

11.4. In the event that the goods were purchased in a physical Riedis-electric.com store and the Buyer does not like the shape, size, color, model or completeness of the purchased goods, the goods are exchanged and returned in accordance with the "Retail Trade Rules" approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 22 July 2014. Resolution No. 738.

11.5. Upon receipt of the goods, the Seller undertakes to replace them with the same goods only of the shape, size, color, model or completeness specified by the Buyer. If the Seller does not have a suitable product for replacement, he returns the money paid for the goods to the Buyer. The money is returned to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days

11.6 . The money for the goods is returned to the Buyer in the same way as the Buyer paid for the goods at the time of their purchase, unless the Buyer and the Seller agree otherwise. The Buyer shall in all cases have the right to demand that the money be returned to the bank account specified by the Buyer.

11.7. Upon exercising the rights established in paragraphs 11.1.-11.6 of the Rules, the Buyer shall be refunded: the price of the goods, the administrative fee, if any, and the costs of delivering the goods (the costs of returning the goods are not refundable).

11.8. If the Buyer has purchased a set of goods from Riedis-electric.com, he must return the entire set of goods to the Seller, i.e. the Buyer may exercise the rights provided for the return of goods only in respect of all goods in the set.

12. Procedure for replacing and returning goods of inadequate quality

12.1. Defects in the sold goods shall be eliminated, poor-quality goods shall be replaced, and returned in accordance with the procedure established in the Rules and taking into account the requirements of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

12.2. If the Buyer has purchased a product of inadequate quality, the Buyer has the right to demand one of the following remedies:

      12.2.1. that the Seller eliminate the defects of the product free of charge within a reasonable period of time, if the defects can be eliminated;

      12.2.2. that the purchase price be reduced accordingly;

      12.2.3. that the product be replaced with an analogous product of adequate quality, except in cases where the defects are minor or they arose due to the fault of the Buyer;

      12.2.4. to refund the price paid and to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement, when the sale of a product of inadequate quality constitutes a fundamental breach of the order.

12.3. The Buyer has the right to demand a proportional reduction in the price of the goods or to terminate the purchase and sale agreement only if:

      12.3.1. The Seller has not repaired the goods or the Seller has refused to ensure the proper quality of the goods;

      12.3.2. the defect in the goods has arisen although the Seller has tried to ensure the quality of the goods;

      12.3.3. the defect in the goods is substantial;

      12.3.4. The Seller has stated that he will not ensure the proper quality of the goods within a reasonable period of time or this will cause justified major inconvenience to the Buyer.

12.4. The Buyer does not have the right to terminate the purchase and sale agreement if the defect in the goods is minor.

12.5. In order for the Buyer to return the goods, the following conditions must be met:

      12.5.1. notify the Seller of this by e-mail at labas@riedis.LT, the notification must specify the goods to be returned;

      12.5.2. provide a document of purchase of the goods.

12.6. The Buyer may exercise the right to return goods of inadequate quality within the quality guarantee period specified in the document of purchase of the goods, which is indicated by the Seller.

12.7. The Buyer must pay for the delivery costs of the goods and the costs of returning the goods. If the goods are returned due to inadequate quality, the Seller shall refund the delivery and return costs incurred by the Buyer.

12.8. The money shall be returned to the Buyer within 5 days from the date of return of the Goods to the Seller. The money for the goods shall be returned to the Buyer in the same way as the Buyer paid for the goods at the time of their purchase, unless the Buyer and the Seller agree otherwise.

12.09. No refunds will be given for goods that have been damaged intentionally or due to negligence (affected by chemicals, water, open fire, high temperature, sharp objects, etc.), or if the rules for the use or storage of the goods have been violated, or the goods have been used improperly or for purposes other than their intended purpose.

12.10. Non-returnable goods and the Buyer shall not be reimbursed for the costs incurred if the goods fall within the list specified in the document "Retail Trade Rules", approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of July 22, 2014 Resolution No. 738.

12.11. When purchasing remotely in the Riedis-electric.com online store. The list of Non-returnable Goods is also provided for in Article 6.228 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. Being of appropriate quality and purchased remotely, the following are not returnable:

      12.11.1. packaged goods that were unpacked after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;

     12.11.2. goods that were manufactured according to the Buyer's individual order or are obviously adapted to him, or which, due to their nature, after their presentation to the Buyer can no longer be returned due to loss (loss) of commercial properties.

13. Exchange or return of goods in case of delivery of the wrong goods

13.1. If the Buyer has received the wrong goods, the Buyer must immediately, but no later than within 2 (two) business days, inform Riedis-electric.com about this by e-mail labas@riedis.lt or by calling the phone number +3706 33 77 888. Upon receiving information about the wrong goods delivered, the Buyer undertakes to collect such goods at its own expense and replace them with suitable goods. In the event that Riedis-electric.com does not have the ordered goods, it returns the money paid for the goods to the Buyer. The money is returned to the Buyer no later than within 5 days after the Seller received the Buyer's notification that the wrong goods were received, and if the Goods are not returned by the Buyer to Riedis-electric.com, the term provided for in this clause is calculated from the date of return of the Goods to the Seller.

14. Marketing instruments applied by Riedis-electric.com

14.1. Riedis-electric.com may, at its discretion, initiate various promotions or games in the online store at www.riedis.lt and www.riedis-electric.com

14.2. Riedis-electric.com has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms of promotions or games, as well as cancel them.

15. Final Provisions

15.1. These Rules have been drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

15.2. The law of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to relations arising on the basis of these Rules.

15.3. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

15.4. In the event that the Buyer does not agree with the response to the Buyer's written claim sent by Riedis-electric.com, the Buyer (natural person, consumer) may submit his complaint regarding the goods purchased from Riedis-electric.com to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service (Vilniaus g. 25, Vilnius, e-mail tarnyba@vvtat.lt, tel. 85 262 67 51), as well as to the territorial divisions of the State Consumer Rights Protection Service in the counties - or fill out the application form on the ODR platform ec.europa.eu/odr
