Are there different prices for legal and natural persons?
No, the prices are the same for both legal and natural persons. Prices for partners are negotiated individually.

Yes, all prices in our online shop include VAT.
Where does Riedis.lt deliver the goods?
Riedis.lt delivers goods throughout Lithuania and Europe. You will see the delivery price in the shopping cart after entering the delivery address and selecting the delivery method.
How long does it take to deliver?
The estimated delivery time is indicated for each product separately in the product description.
Can we collect the goods ourselves?
Yes. You can pick up your order at our physical store at 269 Kalvarijų Street, Vilnius.
What are the opening hours of the physical store?
I-IV 10-18h, V 10-17h, VI-VII closed.
Can I collect my goods from a parcel post office?
Yes, by selecting one of the courier's post offices during the shopping process. You can choose from the LP EXPRESS, OMNIVA, DPD network.
Can I pay for one person and have the goods delivered to another?
Yes. Simply enter the details of the person to whom you want the goods to be delivered during the order process.
How do I get an invoice for my purchase?
We will send you an invoice to the email address you provided in your order as soon as your order is ready for dispatch. The electronic invoice is also a guarantee voucher.
How do you decide if I can buy on hire purchase?
Our partners, the leasing company, do not decide whether you can buy by instalments.
What goods can I buy on hire purchase?
You can buy all goods on hire purchase as long as the total amount of the purchase is at least €70 and not more than €15,000.
Who can buy goods on hire purchase?
Only persons of legal age who have a valid identity card or a new driving licence, a passport of a citizen of Lithuania or of a Member State of the European Union, a regular income, and at least 4 months of working experience and a regular official income in Lithuania can buy goods on hire purchase.
What documents are required to conclude a contract?
You can conclude a leasing contract by presenting a document confirming your identity: a passport or ID card, a new-style driving licence (issued from 1 January 2003) or a permanent residence permit (can be with a nationality record of another country). Civil servants must additionally submit a service certificate and a 6-month bank statement in PDF format (the statement must be unfiltered - showing income and expenses), senior citizens receiving a state pension for officers and soldiers and judges must additionally submit a senior citizen's certificate, and farmers must additionally submit a certificate of registration of the farm.
How do I sign the contract?
You can sign the loan agreement in one of the ways that suits you: with a mobile signature or with the Smart-ID app.
On which day of the month should I pay my instalment?
Monthly instalments are usually due by the 20th of each month. If the 20th day is a weekend (Saturday, Sunday) or a public holiday, the payment is due on the preceding working day. The exact payment schedule, which you should follow, is given when you sign the contract.
How and where do I pay my contract instalments?
Payments can be made by: transfer, by entering into a recurring payment agreement at your online bank,
In cash - at Lithuanian Post offices, Perlo terminals.
The instalments must be paid to the company you signed the contract with.
Do your goods come with a guarantee?
All goods sold by Riedis.lt have the same guarantee as if you bought them in a regular shop. Goods are guaranteed for one or two years and batteries for 6 months. Please refer to the product description for warranty conditions.

How long does it take on average to repair a product?
The time it takes to repair a product depends on the availability of the product and the manufacturer's warranty centre. It usually takes 3-4 weeks. During warranty service, faults caused by the manufacturer will be repaired within the following timeframes: 14-21 days from the date of handover of the product to the service centre carrying out the warranty service, or within 45 days if the part required for the warranty repair has to be shipped from abroad. In all cases, the aim is to carry out the warranty service in the shortest possible time.
Will you replace the product if the old one cannot be repaired?
If the warranty period has not expired, the product will be replaced or your money will be refunded.
