Riedis-electric.com The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 (fourteen) days if it has not been used, damaged or its appearance has not changed substantially, that is, only such changes have been made to the appearance of the goods or its packaging that were necessary to inspect the received goods. The Buyer must exercise this right responsibly and return the goods in the original, neat packaging, as well as return all the complete parts of the goods. The costs of returning the goods must be covered by the Buyer.
Goods returned within 14 days must be in good condition:
1. the returned goods must be in the original packaging in good working order, as received from the seller;
2. the goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
3. the goods must be in good condition (clean, with intact labels, protective films and other accessories typical of the original equipment);
4. the returned goods must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to the buyer;
5. when returning the product, you must provide proof of purchase: warranty card, receipt, invoice;
6. the goods MUST NOT be used when returned;
7. the returned goods must be securely packed, and it is recommended that they are packed in the same packaging as you received them from the seller;
8. when returning the goods, the buyer is responsible for their smooth and safe arrival at the seller.
Upon return of the goods, the Buyer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from actions not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and performance of the goods.

If it is not possible to return the goods to the customer service centre, the buyer may return the quality goods by courier, bearing the return costs. Returned goods must be delivered by courier only to the following address: UAB Lutex, Kalvarijų g. 269, LT-08315, Vilnius.
When returning the Goods, it is necessary to present the VAT invoice or cash register receipt of the returned Goods, or any other document confirming the purchase-sale of the Goods from the Seller (e.g. payment card statement) and the order number.
Purchased Goods shall be exchanged or returned in accordance with the "Rules of Retail Trade" approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania by Resolution No. 738 of 22 July 2014.
Which goods cannot be returned?
Point 17 of the Retail Rules provides a list of non-returnable Goods. According to this list, electric bicycles, scooters, unicycles, tricycles, quadricycles, scooters, wheelchairs and their electronic components are non-returnable Goods.
Goods that are of satisfactory quality may only be returned with the agreement of the seller:
• ground vehicles and parts thereof;
• quality foodstuffs, including food supplements;
• goods of good quality which have been used by the Buyer, damaged, defaced, label removed or otherwise rendered unmerchantable by the Buyer;
• goods that have been ordered on a special order basis;
• other Goods which the Seller has the right to refuse to accept in accordance with applicable law.

When buying remotely in the Riedis-electric.com online shop. The list of non-returnable Goods is set out in Article 6.228 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. Perishable Goods, Goods made to individual order and measurements, unpacked personal hygiene Goods, etc. are non-returnable if they are of proper quality and have been purchased remotely.
The Buyer shall be responsible for the completeness of the returned Goods. If the Goods are not complete, the Seller reserves the right not to accept the returned Goods.
