In-store pick-up

Have you chosen to collect your goods in-store? We will arrange it within the timeframe indicated next to the selected item. We will notify you by email and/or SMS when your order is ready for collection. 

           •  Ready and unpaid orders are held for 3 working days. 

           •  Ready and paid orders are held for 5 working days. 

Thereafter, orders are cancelled and the goods ordered are returned to the store. Please bring your order number and ID with you when you pick up your order. If someone else is picking up your order, please indicate them as the recipient when placing your order.

Immediate pickup of your order in the RIEDIS-ELECTRIC.COM physical store within 45 minutes!

The service is provided if there is sufficient stock in the Lithuanian warehouse. 

The order must be placed and paid for between 9 am and 4 pm on weekdays. 

We will have your order ready for collection within 45 minutes of order confirmation. 

We will inform you by email when your order is ready for collection.

Please bring your order number and ID with you when you pick up your order. If someone else is picking up your order, please indicate them as the recipient when you place your order.

       • Your order will be held for 3 working days once it has been prepared and not paid for. 

       • Ready and paid orders are held for 5 working days. 

All Urgent orders are subject to a service charge of €2.00.

Delivery of goods to post offices

Delivery is available to LP Express, Omniva, DPD post offices, the delivery date is indicated next to the selected item. Goods will be delivered to the post office if: 

       - OMNIVA post office - the item is 39 x 38 x 64 cm and up to 30 kg

       - DPD post office - the item measures 61 x 44 x 37 cm and is up to 30 kg

       - LP Express post office box - the product is 35 x 61 x 74.5 cm and up to 30 kg

A service charge of € 2.99 applies for delivery to post offices.

Home or work delivery

Home or work delivery is available for all Riedis-electric.com products. 

Couriers deliver the goods according to a predefined route, so there is no possibility to choose the exact time of delivery, only the desired delivery time range.

Important! For some items a non-standard delivery time is applied, the exact delivery time can be seen on the product page.

Important! Tricycles, quad bikes, scooters, choppers and other vehicles heavier than 40 kg can only be delivered on weekdays and only before 4 pm, regardless of city or location, if:

           • the item or items ordered are of large dimensions;

           • the goods or merchandise ordered are packed on a pallet and weigh up to 30 kg;

The recipient must be available on the day of delivery, otherwise the goods will be delivered the next working day. Failure to deliver 3 times due to the recipient's fault will result in cancellation of the order. During promotions or sales, delivery may be delayed by 1-2 working days longer than usual, or the total weight of the order is more than 30 kg.

For items up to 45 kg, a service charge of €1.99 - €5.00 applies for home or work delivery.

Free delivery promotion

During the free delivery promotion, orders weighing up to 30 kg are free of charge. For orders weighing 30kg or more, an additional fee applies. Free delivery is only available during the specified promotion period, which we will inform you about by means of an additional notice on the website.
