No need to registration

Unregistered scooters, mopeds, tricycles and ATVs offer an easily accessible and practical solution for those who want to travel in an environmentally friendly and comfortable way without additional formalities. These vehicles have motors of up to 1000 watts and speeds of up to 25 km/h and are therefore exempt from registration, insurance or driving licence requirements. They can be driven by persons aged 14 and over, in accordance with the rules for cyclists.

Unregistered scooters are low-maintenance and allow you to start enjoying their benefits quickly. It is the ideal choice for those who value simplicity and mobility. 

If the scooter\'s motor power does not exceed 1000W and the maximum speed is up to 25 km/h, registration and driving licence are not required!
If you buy a scooter with a disability certificate or a doctor\'s certificate (Form 027/A), you can benefit from a reduced VAT rate of 5%!
