How reimbursement works (practical step-by-step)
-
Contact your family doctor, as the need must be supported by medical documentation.
Commonly used clinical electronic documents include E027 / E003 forms, which must clearly state what device is needed and why. -
Apply to TPPC or SPIS. A request is submitted (via information systems or to the territorial office).
-
Document review and decision.
The Centre (TPPC) reviews the documents, collects the required data, and forwards them to the Commission for assessment; the Commission makes a decision within the established deadlines (e.g., the memo mentions 15 working days from receipt of the documents). -
After a positive decision – purchase and proof of payment.
An example memo states that after the decision you may purchase the device, and within 20 working days from the purchase you must submit the required documents (invoice, proof of payment, etc.).
How to prepare the documents properly?
Let us know at the time of purchase that you need documents for reimbursement, and we will prepare and provide the documents correctly.

PLEASE NOTE that compensation conditions and deadlines are set by TPPC, the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI), and other relevant institutions, so information may change over time. Consult before purchasing.
